Lights out for sea turtles

Interesting article. I've lived on the beach for a good portion of my life and never knew the lights disoriented sea turtles.

In some places if you rent a hotel room for the night the require you to close you drapes so the light doesn't show on the beach.. the hotels actually get fined for each room that doesn't comply with the beach rules
