New Local Forums

I did a little house cleaning today and moved a few things around. I also decided to create four new forums in the "Current Events" category for separate areas of Va. Maybe find a local mentor or breeding partner? Seems useful to me

Any feedback?

Nick, I appreciate all the work you do on the site. I think some of the sub-forums are unnecessary and too specific:

Amphibians - don't need to be separated in to different groups. Not that many people keep them. (By the way, newts are salamanders.)
Turtles - same as above.
Local Discussions - same as above

I think it would be best to create sub-forums if one forum is getting too much traffic, too many posts or two many threads being discussed at one time. I don't believe we have reached that level yet. Having all these sub-forums at this point only fragments our small but growing on-line community.

Thanks. Notes taken. This is my first time doing something like this, so suggestions are very helpful. I have realized a need to cut back on less used forums, but also like to give everything a chance.
