Notice how it was tabled last year but went through this year. Not good if that happens here.

That is why we need to keep an eye on our legislature. I'm convinced that our governments have just about become useless. Our elected officials justify their position by passing more laws and showing us how they are protecting us. I would love to see a politician run on getting rid of stupid laws and regulations.

i couldn't agree more. and the more we vote them in, the more power they get.

I'm going to be setting up a meeting with Sen. **** Black sometime in the next couple of weeks to discuss an official Virginia Reptile and/or amphibian. I've already made contact with his office and he is interested in talking to me about this. So, I will also ask what he thinks of this legislation for next year and what the chances of this passing are. He is one of the staunchest opponents of the bills.
