Haha I am right there with u on that!!!

I will also be there. Prolly bringing my bf, my 10 yr old cousin, and this snake-fearing girl from work whom I am slowly converting to reptiles.

With that in mind. ARE any of these vendors leopard gecko people?

I've seen a few leopard geckos at the Richmond shows, so you are bound to find something.

I wish I could go, but that is my weekend to work (I hate alternating weekends).

I've seen some leo's there before. Lots of Cresties too. Not sure on how many Leopards there will be but I know I have seen them there before.

We really wanted to vend this one but only have a few available dragons left. I'm going to try to make it up there though.

ive never been to the expo. Am i allowed to bring my bp even though im not vending?

I'm not sure you can bring reptiles in if you are not a vendor. Not sure. Most shows I've been to have prohibitions against bringing in reptiles. So, I'd be safe and leave it at home.

I've gone to the past few Richmond shows, and their rules say no pets (obviously unless you've just bought it), but I know people who have walked in with animals to trade and haven't really been called on it.

It's a rule to not bring animals unless you're a vendor, but it doesn't seem particularly well-enforced. That being said, you probably don't want to expose a baby bp to a huge crowd of strange people and animals. That could be troublesome.

We will probably stop by.. not sure if we are buying because we bought a ghost and an orange ghost female at route 10... and we are supposed to be picking up some ghost females and a male het pied from a buddy in Maryland... and we are going to Tinley lol... we are running out of room!!!

Anybody know if there will be insect feeders there? I can't tell from the vendor list (Thanks Don!) if any are.

Do you need Dubias? If so, I can fix you up but need to know beforehand.

Only if you supply a biohazard suit and some benadryl with them

I wish I could feed Dubias again but the allergies are still killing me. I was looking on stocking up on some superworms and mealworms.

Max Pet Supply always has super worms, meal worms, and crickets.

Wow and I thought my allergies to everything in the world were bad. Never been allergic to insects though.

Does anyone know if someone regularly has kenyan sand boas at this event?

Everyone I was supposed to go with just canceled on me. Guess I'll stand around and be awkward for at the most an hour before I leave :/ My roomies always flake out on me.

I'm only allergic dubias as far as I know. It built up slowly over almost 2 years but now I can't touch them without gloves.

I have a feeling many of us are going to be walking right past one another tomorrow. Maybe we could all donate a bit towards a VaHerps table at a future show

At least then we'd know who everyone was! Maybe we should write it on our foreheads haha

that would look good at the local 7-11... a bunch of folks strolling around with "HERPS" on their forhead!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're leaving here in a few to head to the show...just gotta finish feeding the human kids...see you all there...
