Boaphile?

I was wondering if anyone had any experience ordering from the Boaphile site...? I ordered a racking system and thermostat from them easily 8 or more weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything from them. I know that they build everything, so I gave it the recommended 5 weeks before I started getting curious. I e-mailed them about a week ago and still haven't heard back.

I know that other people have racks from them and that they do relatively good work, as I have seen some of their racks in person. I was wondering if anyone else had ordered anything from them and if so, if they could tell me about how long it took. I really don't want to be 'that obnoxious customer' that calls/e-mails/complains incessantly, but that's a lot of money to leave on the table without confirmation.... :|

Any insight??

From what I've heard, they do not respond to email very often. Give them a call. They respond then.

Thanks, I'll try calling them when I get a day off this week. Mostly was being overly paranoid, and wanted to make sure I didn't fall into a scam. I know I've seen their work live and in person, but it's always good to post something and not get the reply "Wow, oldest trick in the book, can't believe you fell for that." I was just getting nervous XD

Yes I would def call them. It seems like several builders are having difficulties filling orders.

maybe the time of year and shipping the building supplies is efficed by xmas shipping, As said i would call.

I ordered a while ago, but I didn't even think of people trying to get orders in for Xmas shipping!! That would explain a lot... lol
