| Well, I guess the restaurant that employed the guy that stabbed the snake is shut down. I'm sure due to unrelated reasons. | |

Yeah they shut down before the snake was found. The guy that found him was going to try and get his last check. Teh restaurant shut down with no notice the employees and have not paid them the wages owed yet. | |

| The vet called me with an update on Wunder and I am so happy to announce that Michael and Kim have done an amazingly excellent job in giving him wound care and nurturing! The wound is closed up and healing great, he saw no signs of infection, and the broken bones have healed as well as expected! Now we just wait for the white blood cell count and go from there but it looks like he just needs routine maintenance care from here on out! I am ecstatic right now! We have raised an additional $229 toward his vet bills and we are working on a meet Wunder event for donors that donate a certain amount, anyone from here that has donated that amount or more we will be sending an invite to as well. I love you all for everything you have done to help us and to help Wunder! <3 You are amazing! | |

| That would be nice, but not expected. The people on this site have been so incredibly amazing with helping us out with this vet bill.. honestly more kind than ever expected from anyone and I am so very very thankful for everything that all of you have done! The pictures really are heartbreaking but seeing him in person and seeing his improvement just warms the heart so much! | |

| Well Wunder had his follow up vet visit and guess what... he is doing AMAZING! His wound has completely closed up with the crystalized scar tissue and there is no sign of infection at all! He is no longer septic and the bruising is starting to slowly heal and the ultrasound showed that everything inside is looking great! He is eating well and it is passing through him which was one of the big concerns. He has gained weight and is a lot more active. This big guys has definitely lived up to his name: Wunder (Miracle)! Thank you everyone that has helped us help him! We have also managed to pay nearly all of the bill! We like $480 having it completely paid... a miracle in and of itself! Love you guys forever for all that you have done to help us save this beautiful snake!

| Hey everyone! I just wanted to update you and let you know that thanks to all of you that donated, one grant, and some saving on my part Wunder's vet bill has been paid in full. He is making a very surprisingly fast recovery. He has had 2 full sheds, gained quite a bit of weight, his color is back to normal, he is eating well, and he is very active. He has a couple of more visits to the vet just to keep a check on him and then he will be in the clear. All of this possible because of all of your wonderful efforts, donations, thoughts, and prayers! I will never be able to thank you all enough for everything that you have done! I will update you with some new photos soon! Jennifer | |
