Route 10 Show is back at the County Fairgrounds

Hello everyone, I just joined. This is Vinny from Off The Ark. I came to try and clarify a few things.

Yes we are back [July 15th], and I think better. Definately more structred and stable as to our location and our future plans. We have signed a contract with the county to hold 3-6 shows a year at the Chesterfield County Fairgrounds [10300 Courthouse Road, Chesterfield, Va 23832].

Doors will open to the public at 9 am while vendors may start showing up and unloading at 7 am. There is plenty of parking, we have POWER and 7000 square feet of floor space. Bathrooms, vending machines etc. Tables and chairs provided. Vendors will need to bring table cloths. There will be no ATM machine on premises.

All state and county rules will apply as with all local shows. Tables ]table prices will be $50 each or $80 for two] may be purchased by calling the shop at 804.717.2282 with VISA, DISCOVER or MC cards or you may use PAYPAL at ferraiolo6@yahoo.com OR MOs or Checks dropped off at OFF THE ARK.

There will be 30-40 tables available with NO LIMIT on how many an individual or company may buy, we have plenty of room and a very sizable local market.

Additional local and in state dates will be anounced on Aug 1st for the rest of 2012 and into 2013. Thanx to everyone for their help in the past and future, Vinny and Troy!!

Congrats on all you have gotten done. Sounds like you have and gotten a great spot for a while. I hope this show lives a long time and grows.

That means a lot to us. It is nice to know that we now have the stability that we have needed. After this show, we go towards VA Beach then the Carolinas. {Crossed fingers and God's will} We will be able to fill a niche for a while.
