So she laid eggs without having been bred? She's a cutie though! I can't wait to get a hognose!

Well parthenogenesis has been observed in reptiles. http://icb.oxfordjournals.org/content/11/2/361.short
http://www.livescience.com/16573-pit-viper-snakes-virgin-births-reproduction.html

Also some female snakes can breed and hold onto the semen for up to 5 years before laying egges. Very neat evolution of survival strategies.

My son had a iguanna that dump about 46 eggs on his bed, at first he thought we were messing with him with ping pog balls.

Haha on the Iguana eggs. I've had a similar experience with a beardie. I wasn't expecting any eggs out of her any time soon and had her on the couch with me while watching TV, she always had a habit of burrowing under the couch pillows so I didn't think anything of it. Picked up a pillow to check on her and sure enough, she was laying eggs between the couch cushions...

Yes she was a big girl 3 feet + nice and fat, but after that she looked like a rail. first and only time she laid.
