The Upland Chorus Frog is documented for Gloucester and this appears to be an Upland Chorus Frog.

Southern Chorus Frogs have a continuous dark stripe from the snout, running through the eye to the groin. Three wide dorsal stripes. A snout more pointed than our other chorus frogs.
