| Thanks JW! I don't know why this thing has so many problems with posting pics! He's such a little guy. We have lived here for 8 years now (43 acres of field and forest) and this is only the 2nd snake I've seen! I'm sure there are more out there, but they must be camera shy or I just don't know how to search  | |

| You're welcome. From what I can see, it appears to be a northern brownsnake. Would like to see a dorsal pattern to confirm. | |

| Ok, I will try to get a pic of that tomorrow. We have a lot of landscaping and stuff happening so I have him inside right now (heat lamps, h2o etc), he shed since this morning. What type of area should I release him in? He was in the field, and we have an untouched field on the other side of the property so maybe there? | |
