Yes, check my posts, i have 2 21 tub racks, made for 6qrt tubs. Also adult racks and juvi racks.

No, i have a 42 tub hatchling rack in 2 sections of 21. They hold 6 qrt tubs, come with back heat, all finished, the only thing you need is a thermostat an snakes. I have many posts, check the snake classifieds under me
