Discovery Channel's latest stupid show

Seems the whole thing was just an "attempt". Hopefully, all of those people who are mad will think twice about watching this network's shows again:

I have heard of the show but will not watch it. The guy is an idiot for thinking it would "raise awareness". All it did is reinforce stereotypes and built blind fear.

Absolute ignorance on his part as well as the network that chose to endorce it.

The sad thing is we had a very good name in our hobby support this show.

Now he was there for the health of the Anaconda, but common seriously what if this thing could of eaten him the damage that would of caused.

The guy that did the show and wanted to be eaten alive, actually stated that None of these animals should be pets and should be left in the wild also, quite a douche.

I don't know who the big name was and don't care. I did not watch and will not watch. The main problem with the show is it feeds the fears of people and vilifies snakes. Anyone in our hobby or anyone who truly cares about animals should have found this show revolting and disgusting. Supposedly, the guy who put it all together was some kind of self proclaimed animal protectionist. Bull hockey!

Harassment of animals for entertainment is wrong!

It looks like the Discovery Channel is listening. Let's see if this guy keeps his job for changing direction.
