My reward for quitting smoking!

Even though I haven't quit yet, I plan to by the end of this weekend since I am already enjoying the reward

Of course the photo is crappy and the colors don't show as well as they do in person, but the price was awesome and I am happy to have her

Actually, being able to taste your food and the extra energy you will pick up will be other rewards. I know from experience. I quit in 1988 and am glad I did. One of the best things I ever did.

Of course, now that you have the reward - if you smoke I get to come take it away!

hang in there, not a easy thing to do. But worth it for your health.

Maybe it's the change in the weather.. I'm sure Alyssa's asthma is going to flare up this weekend with the weather and we will be at the pediatricians next week... *sigh*

Even with a job I like I sometime get sick of it.

Anddddd I called it. Picked up the kiddo today and she has a runny nose, a sore throat and "just not feeling well"... so ill she didn't want dinner before she climbed into bed...

The experts say this fall allergy season is going to be one of the worst on record. I believe it. I don't normally get fall allergies, but my throat is killing me along with a headache.

I've had real bad congestion and the phlegm just keeps coming :pale:

me too... I finally got my taste/smell back today.. been without since Sunday but I always end up with an annoying lingering cough... I found that the medicine Dimetapp or whatever that I give Alyssa actually helped my symptoms a little bit. I took 4tsp like the directions said for adults and kids over 12... I pumped it down Alyssa for 2 days and shes better.
