| im looking to get a temp gun. i dont want to spend a fortune but i dont want a cheap piece of crap. what do you all use and why? thanks in advance for any help. | |

| Ebay has some temp guns for under $20 shipped. They are from China,but most are built there anyhow. | |

| I have a Craftsman Temp gun.... Spent a little more for the name but it has outworked every other temp gun I've had. | |

| I got mine from a A/C supply house. Works great had it close to 7 years now. | |

| I've been interested in the one from harbor freight. It's 8:1 and normally $59 but they always have coupons for $29 and I think pretty cheap on eBay. I'm not sure how good they are though. | |

| lol, i think you guys have made my decision even harder. thanks for all the info, ive been looking at all of them and reading countless reviews and still havent made up my mind, lol. ill let you guys know what i decide (if i can ever make up my mind) | |

| I'd go with the pro exotics temp guns as well. As long as you are working with just your reptiles, the temp guns made by them are more than enough. They are sleek and pretty accurate. I have yet to have any issues with mine (PE-1) and don't think I could have spent a better $30 when it comes to something like this | |

| We got a commercial electric from home depot a month or two ago. Seems to be working well for us and it cost us around 40 dollars. | |
